Hi, my name is Alan Duff.  With over 20 years of supporting people at difficult points in their lives, I can offer you a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and valued. I have a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing and I'll work collaboratively with you to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and rediscover your inner strength. Whatever you are struggling with, I am here to help. I'm based in Dundalk but offer online sessions as welll.
